The Lawrenceville Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association (LCPAAA) partners with the Lawrenceville Police Department at events throughout the year such as National Night out, The Motorcycle Rodeo (Lawerenceville had it's first one last year), GGC's Fall Safety event and others to encourage positive interactions with citizens and our law enforcement officers.

We also host public trainings such as CPR and First Aid certification, Firearms Safety Training, and Stop the Bleed.  These are in addition to the yearly Citizen's Police Academy Class put on by the Lawrenceville Police Department. 

   

Attendees do not leave these trainings empty handed. The Citizens Police Academy attendees are given required course materielas and attendees for the public trainings are provided equipment such as a Stop the Bleed Kit from North American Rescue, or CPR/First Aid Kits or Trigger locks etc.
